To purify water from mechanical impurities, Virlent Group Ltd. offers a product line of Yamit strainers with manual and automatic flushing. Each filter or filter system is selected and calculated individually, based on the customer’s provided data. Filtration fineness ranges from 10 microns to 1000 microns. Automatic filters can be with electric or hydraulic drive of cleaning mechanism. Horizontal and vertical design.

Automatic self-cleaning filters can be equipped with a scanner or brush mechanism for cleaning the mesh from contaminants and have hydraulic or electric drive of the cleaning mechanism.
Automatic flushing is controlled by the controller, which operates from the system voltage 9V or 12V (direct current), 24V (alternating current) and is carried out after a certain time (programmed on the controller during commissioning) or when a certain pressure drop is reached (usually 0.5 bar).
Filter connection (inlet/outlet) – parallel or at an angle of 90°.
Body material – carbon steel with polyester coating 150-200 microns thick with subsequent heat treatment. Mesh material – stainless steel.
Filters are used for purification of insoluble impurities in water, which is supplied from rivers, wells, lakes, municipal water supply. The filter is used in all branches of industry, agriculture and municipal water supply.
Advantages:
– provides continuous supply of purified water even during washing;
– fully automatic operation of the filter;
– low energy consumption: the hydraulic drive is powered only by water pressure;
– stainless steel mesh with large filtration area;
– fast rinsing cycle (approx. 5 seconds), which significantly reduces water consumption for rinsing.
